So everyone who is familiar with Waco or lives in the Central Texas area knows this logo for the Waco Independent School District. Aside from the family environment, the 2nd most common form of socialization for an individual is the educational system which has 2 main goals: a) to teach us a core curriculum consisting of reading, arithmetic, science, and history; and b) a hidden curriculum designed to mold us into functioning members of society. Do you feel, parent or student, that your school has done their job in both areas?

Almost all immigration from Mexico to the U.S. is voluntary, legal or not. The people want to come here for various reasons, from employment opportunities or to simply try to live a better life here. Divorce rate debunked?

The common knowledge that we are taught to know is that 50% of all first marriages will end in divorce. I myself come from a "Broken family" as they have been termed, however some statistics say otherwise. Check it out on http://www.divorcerate.org/ which actually states that the rate for first marriages is 41%. Close enough? or debunked? You decide.
